On 17 November 2025, China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (1606) convened its second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). Shareholders and proxies holding a total of 9,548,956,561 voting shares attended, representing approximately 75.53% of the company’s total issued share capital.

At the EGM, the resolution to proceed with the capital injection in the wholly-owned subsidiary, CDB Aviation Lease Finance Designated Activity Company, received 100% approval. The transaction remains subject to further review and approval by the Shenzhen Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration and filing with the National Development and Reform Commission. Upon receiving the necessary approvals, completion of the capital injection will follow.

The EGM was conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as the company’s articles of association. No shareholders were required to abstain, and no votes were cast against or withheld on any of the proposed resolutions.
