Commerce Ministry Extends Probe into Canadian Pea Starch Anti-Dumping Case Until February 2027

The Ministry of Commerce has announced an extension of the investigation period for anti-dumping measures targeting imported pea starch originating from Canada.

According to the regulations under the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on August 12, 2025, the Ministry issued Announcement No. 41 of 2025, formally initiating an anti-dumping investigation into pea starch imports from Canada.

Given the complexity of the case, and in line with Article 26 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, the Ministry has decided to extend the investigation period until February 12, 2027.
