SH GROUP HLDG (01637) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shun Hing Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. (Shun Hing E&M), has received a letter of intent. According to this letter, Shun Hing E&M has been appointed as the nominated subcontractor for a main contractor. The scope of work involves the supply and installation of various electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineering systems for a specialized facility in Tai Po, New Territories. Shun Hing E&M signed and returned the letter of intent in April 2026. The systems to be installed include mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, electrical works, water supply and drainage, fire services, steam equipment, gas, and compressed air systems. The anticipated contract value is approximately HK$150 million. The board stated that no forecast or estimate has been made regarding the profit impact of this letter of intent on the group. The letter of intent will constitute a binding subcontract agreement until a formal subcontract is signed between Shun Hing E&M and the main contractor.
