Greentech Technology International Limited (Greentech I-NEW) confirmed that all ordinary resolutions tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 21 May 2026 were passed by poll with 100% support from voting shareholders.

• Voting profile – Shares in issue: 1.37 billion – Shares voted: 801.13 million, representing 58.65% of the share capital – Resolution 1 (removal of Deloitte as auditors): 801.13 million votes for, 0 against – Resolution 2 (appointment of RSM as new auditors): 801.13 million votes for, 0 against

• Auditor change – Deloitte was removed as external auditor. – RSM was appointed with effect from 21 May 2026 and will serve until the next annual general meeting.

• Procedural details – No shareholders were required to abstain, and none indicated opposition in advance. – Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the independent scrutineer for vote-counting. – Directors present included Mr. Li Zheng, Datin Chong Lee Hui, Datin Sri Lim Mooi Lang, Mr. Kim Wooryang, Ms. Peng Wenting, Mr. Chau Fai (alternate to Tan Sri Dato’ Koo Yuen Kim), and Ms. Chen Yongyi (alternate to Ms. Peng Zhihong).
