Binhai Investment Repurchases 100,000 Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 17.30 Million

Binhai Investment Company Limited disclosed that it bought back 100,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The repurchased shares were acquired at prices ranging between HKD 1.04 and HKD 1.07, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.0468 per share. The outlay for the transaction totalled HKD 0.10 million.

Following the move, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0073% to 1.37 billion, while treasury shares increased from 17.20 million to 17.30 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.38 billion.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises Binhai Investment to repurchase up to 136.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 488,000 shares, equivalent to 0.036% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in effect until 13 August 2026.
