MULTIFIELD INTL announced that on June 1, 2026, its indirectly held, non-wholly owned subsidiary, Ernesto, purchased a total of 600,000 shares of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. on the open market.

The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$60.34 per share.

The total consideration for the share purchase amounted to roughly HK$36.2 million, excluding associated transaction costs.
