Bama Tea executes HKD 20.92 per share buy-back, lifting treasury stock to 0.15 million shares

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 1,000 H shares on 16 July 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 20.92 each, for a total consideration of HKD 0.02 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 84.77 million to 84.77 million, while treasury shares rose to 0.15 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 84.92 million shares.

The buy-back was executed under the mandate granted on 21 April 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 5.30 million shares. To date, 0.15 million shares—equivalent to 0.2863 % of the share count at the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving a remaining capacity of approximately 5.15 million shares.

All 1,000 shares acquired will be retained as treasury stock; no cancellations have been made. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring any shares from treasury until 15 August 2026.
