On 2 December 2025, Tianli International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1773) granted a total of 12,000,000 share options to its employees under a scheme adopted on 24 June 2018. Each share option entitles the holder to subscribe for one ordinary share at an exercise price of HK$2.38, valid for 10 years from the grant date. The closing price of the company’s shares on 2 December 2025 was HK$2.23.

According to the announcement, 40% of the share options will vest one year from the grant date, with an additional 30% vesting in each of the following two years. In total, 1,000,000 of these options were granted to an associate of the chairman, and the number of shares available for future grants under the scheme stands at 127,400,000.
