CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings Limited (994) reported that the Second Subscription for 63,000,000 new shares at HK$0.36 per share was completed on 13 November 2025, fulfilling all conditions outlined in the Second Subscription Agreement dated 8 July 2025.

As a result of the transaction, the company’s total number of shares increased from 1,048,006,000 to 1,111,006,000. The First Subscriber remains the largest shareholder at around 53.93%. The Second Subscriber’s newly acquired stake represents an approximately 5.67% shareholding, while other public shareholders account for about 36.80%. The board composition remains unchanged, with four executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
