The full English and Chinese versions of these documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.leoch.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

To reinforce electronic dissemination, shareholders are encouraged to review the online versions. Non-registered holders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access can obtain printed copies free of charge by completing the enclosed Request Form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing leoch-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice reiterates that non-registered holders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their respective bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until this information is lodged through intermediaries, publication notices will be dispatched only in printed form.
