The land reclamation work for the Phase I project of the crude oil terminal in the Bulk Terminal Area of Huanghua Port, managed by Hebei Port Group, has officially commenced. This marks a significant step into the substantive construction phase of the project.

Developed by Cangzhou Crude Oil Port Investment and Construction, this Phase I project represents Huanghua Port's first specialized 300,000-ton crude oil terminal. The project involves the construction of a new 300,000-ton oil berth with a quay line length of 440 meters. The land area covers approximately 550 acres and will include supporting facilities such as a 900,000 cubic meter storage tank area. The designed annual throughput capacity is 14.2 million tons.

Upon completion, the project is expected to significantly enhance the functional system of Huanghua Port and improve the capacity for transporting and securing energy supplies. It is considered highly important for supporting national energy security and fostering coordinated regional economic development.

Since assuming overall management of the project, Hebei Port Group has consistently emphasized technological innovation to lead the construction efforts, applying standardized and meticulous management across all areas and throughout the entire process. Moving forward, the Group's Engineering Department, the Hegang Project Center, and Cangzhou Crude Oil Port will continue to optimize construction organization, strengthen resource coordination and process control, and strictly adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards. The aim is to complete and commission the project as soon as possible, thereby injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the Group.
