Coliwoo Holdings Limited said that Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd., the stabilising manager for its recent initial public offering, has ceased price-stabilising activities as of the close of trading on Nov, 13 2025.

Maybank Securities disclosed that it had bought a total of 16,000,000 Coliwoo shares during the stabilisation period, fully covering the shares that had been over-allotted. As the over-allotment has been covered, the option granted by controlling shareholder LHN Group Pte. Ltd. to buy additional shares will not be exercised.

The shares were listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange on Oct, 28 2025.
