Easyhold Group Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 June 2026. The agenda includes:

• Approval of the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. • Consideration of a recommendation for a final dividend, if any.

As of the announcement date (16 June 2026), the Board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Chu Pui Him and Mr. Leung Yin Cheuk—one non-executive director, Mr. Fok Siu Keung, and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Wong Che Sang, Ms. Zhao Ming and Ms. Yin Shilu.

The outcome of the meeting will determine the publication of the audited results and any dividend proposal for shareholders’ approval.
