PHANCY (06682) reported that as of 28 February 2026, the registered share capital stood at RMB 519.68 million in total, comprising 320.81 million H shares and 198.87 million domestic shares. No changes occurred in the registered share capital during the reporting month.

As of the end of February, the company’s total issued H shares remained at 320.81 million, with 319.55 million H shares in circulation and 1.26 million held in treasury. Compared with the previous month, treasury shares increased by 753,000, largely reflecting share repurchases at HKD 40.49 per share on 25 February 2026 (540,400 shares) and HKD 39.97 per share on 26 February 2026 (212,600 shares). Additionally, 186,100 H shares repurchased earlier remained un-cancelled.

The company confirmed that it met the public float requirement of 25% for its H shares. No new shares were issued or transferred from the treasury during the month, and no newly vested share options were exercised under the share option scheme adopted in September 2024.
