E-STATION GREEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO., LIMITED (the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), listed on the GEM of the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 8475), announced a delay in publishing its audited annual results for the year ended 31 August 2025. The Company attributes this to additional time required for its auditor to review the necessary information and finalize the audit. As a result, the audited annual results and the corresponding 2025 Annual Report are not expected to be released on or before 30 November 2025, as originally required under the relevant GEM Listing Rules.

According to the announcement, the Company will disclose further details regarding the completion of the audit process and the expected publication date of the FY2025 results and annual report in due course. The shares of the Company have been suspended from trading since 9 July 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice.

The official statement confirms that shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares. The Board of Directors, including the executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive Directors, has collectively and individually accepted full responsibility for the announcement, stating that it is accurate and complete in all material respects and not misleading or deceptive.
