To expedite the establishment of Beijing as a hub for artificial intelligence innovation, drive forward the pioneering development of intelligent agents, and foster a new intelligent economy, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, in collaboration with relevant departments, has formulated a series of measures.

These measures, titled "Several Measures for Accelerating the Leading Development of Intelligent Agents," propose a range of supportive actions. The focus areas include foundational infrastructure, platform enablement, application-driven development, closed-loop ecosystems, and security safeguards, aiming to achieve comprehensive leadership in technology, application, industry, and ecosystem.
