In Construction Holdings Limited (1500) has issued a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 September 2025. According to unaudited management accounts, the Group anticipates recording an estimated profit of HK$25.0 million to HK$30.0 million, a notable turnaround compared to the HK$17.2 million loss reported in the corresponding period in 2024.

The improvement is primarily attributed to higher revenue and gross profit generated from various projects during the period, whereas some projects were in early construction stages in the corresponding period last year. The unaudited figures have not been audited or reviewed by the Company’s auditor or audit committee.

The Company’s consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 are scheduled for publication on 28 November 2025. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
