According to the latest clarification, Eminence Enterprise Limited refined previously disclosed figures regarding Mark Profit’s net loss before and after taxation for the year ended 31 March 2024 to approximately HK$41,453,000 and HK$41,571,000, respectively. This adjustment does not affect the company’s assessment of the underlying acquisition.

Mark Profit’s audited net assets were reported at approximately HK$750.8 million for the year ended 31 March 2024 and HK$717.7 million for the year ended 31 March 2025. The net loss before taxation for 2024 was around HK$41.5 million and for 2025 around HK$41.5 million, with after-tax net losses of about HK$41.6 million and HK$33.1 million, respectively. The company emphasized that these corrections do not alter its overall evaluation of the transaction.
