Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited has announced an interim ordinary dividend of HKD0.021 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Shareholders may choose between receiving the payout in cash or subscribing for new shares under a scrip dividend scheme.

Under the scrip option, each new share will be issued at HKD0.78, and shareholders may elect to receive all or part of their entitlement in shares. Any fractional share entitlement will be rounded down to the nearest whole share. If no election is made, the dividend will be paid entirely in cash.
