Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) will close its Transfer Books and Register of Unitholders at 5:00 p.m. on Sep, 9 2026 to determine entitlements to an advanced distribution for the period from Jul, 1 2026 to Sep, 9 2026.

The advanced distribution, linked to the trust’s ongoing private placement that seeks to raise no less than approximately 600.0 million Singapore dollars, is estimated at about 2.261 Singapore cents per existing unit, within an indicated range of 2.241 to 2.281 Singapore cents. This comprises a taxable income component of 2.046–2.076 Singapore cents and a tax-exempt income component of 0.195–0.205 Singapore cents.

New units from the private placement are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on Sep, 10 2026. Holders of these new units will not be entitled to the advanced distribution but will participate in subsequent distributions covering the period from their issuance to Dec, 31 2026, after which Keppel DC REIT will revert to semi-annual payouts.

Eligible unitholders on the record date will receive the advanced distribution on or around Nov, 23 2026. Tax treatment varies by investor category; qualifying Singapore-resident individuals and entities will receive the taxable income component gross, while foreign non-individual investors and certain funds will receive amounts net of 10 % withholding tax unless the requisite tax forms are submitted by Sep, 25 2026.

Keppel DC REIT’s manager will announce the final per-unit distribution once the exact amount is determined.
