On 24 April 2026, Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited (SDHS New Energy) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, together with all accompanying corporate communications, is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.shneg.com.hk) under the “Investor Relations” section and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders can access the report electronically through either platform. Those who encounter difficulty viewing the online version—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain printed documents free of charge by completing a request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, SDHS New Energy’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, via post or email (1250-ecom@vistra.com). The pre-paid mailing label provided is valid for local submissions.

For shareholders holding SDHS New Energy shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries, an active email address must be supplied to those intermediaries to receive electronic notices of future publications. Until a functional email address is recorded, notices will be dispatched only in printed form.
