Chervon spends HK$5.72 million to repurchase 300,000 shares, lifting total 2026 buy-backs to 2.30 million

Chervon Holdings Limited (Chervon) disclosed that it bought back 300,000 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$18.87 to HK$19.24 apiece, for a total consideration of HK$5.72 million and an average cost of HK$19.07 per share. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.

The 300,000 shares represent approximately 0.06% of Chervon’s 509.20 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the same date. These shares follow an earlier repurchase of 150,000 shares on 9 July 2026 at an average price of HK$18.94 each, also pending cancellation. Consequently, 450,000 shares acquired this month await cancellation.

Under the general mandate approved on 18 May 2026, Chervon is authorised to buy back up to 51.11 million shares. Including the latest transaction, the company has repurchased 2.30 million shares year-to-date, utilising roughly 4.50% of the authorised limit. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in place until 16 August 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

Following the latest repurchases, Chervon’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 509.20 million shares pending cancellation of the acquired shares.
