3D MEDICINES (HKEX: 01244) has announced a change in its corporate secretariat. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that the company's current Co-Company Secretary, Xia Fang, meets the qualifications required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules to act as the company's Company Secretary.

Consequently, Li Jingyi has resigned from her positions as Co-Company Secretary and as the company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from June 30, 2026.

Following Ms. Li's resignation, Ms. Xia will continue to serve as the company's sole Company Secretary. The board of directors further announced that Ms. Xia has been appointed as the Authorized Representative, with the appointment also taking effect from June 30, 2026.
