WK Group (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) has announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) resigned as its auditor effective from 25 November 2025. The Board stated that the decision follows the inability of both parties to reach agreement on the audit fee for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. There is no other disagreement between the Company and PwC, and PwC had not commenced any audit work for the year in question.

According to the announcement, the Board and the Audit Committee deemed the proposed fee uncompetitive relative to the Group’s current scale of operations and industry rates. Consequently, OOP CPA & Co. (“OOP”) has been appointed as the Company’s new auditor, effective from 25 November 2025, and will hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. The Board and the Audit Committee consider OOP to be independent, competent, and capable of conducting the audit work, noting no material impact on the Group’s audit timeline or results release.
