Denox Environmental & Technology Holdings Limited (abbreviated as DENOX ENV) reported that shareholders approved the sole ordinary resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 2 April 2026, clearing the Technical Support Framework Agreement and its associated annual caps.

A total of 592.84 million shares were in issue on the meeting date. Due to their connected-party status, Chairlady Ms. Zhao Shu and her wholly-owned Advant Performance Limited, holding 276.45 million shares, abstained from voting. Consequently, 316.39 million shares were eligible to vote.

Polling results disclosed: • Votes in favour: 102.22 million (77.00%) • Votes against: 30.54 million (23.00%)

With more than 50% of votes cast in favour, the resolution was passed as an ordinary resolution. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll. All directors, including executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive members, attended the meeting either in person or via electronic means.
