CHIHO ENV (00976) has announced that effective May 15, 2026: (i) Mr. Situ Yuting has resigned from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following his resignation, due to other business commitments, Mr. Situ will no longer serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee or as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Special Investigation Committee. (ii) Ms. Liang Beiyi has resigned from her position as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following her resignation, in order to devote more time to other business commitments, Ms. Liang will no longer serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee or as a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Special Investigation Committee.
