XUNCE has announced the formal signing of a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing International Big Data Exchange Co., Ltd. (BIBDE).

The BIBDE is a key initiative under Beijing's "National Comprehensive Demonstration Zone for Expanding the Opening Up of the Service Industry" and the "China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone," focused on the digital economy. It aims to become a leading domestic data trading infrastructure and a significant international hub for cross-border data flow.

This collaboration signifies a further deepening of the company's strategic positioning within the data element market alongside a national-level data trading platform. It represents a crucial step for the company in implementing its data tokenization capabilities in vertical sectors, facilitating embodied intelligent data circulation, providing digital assetization services, and co-building a specialized data ecosystem for the biopharmaceutical industry.

Under the strategic agreement, the company will engage in the following areas of cooperation with the BIBDE:

1. Co-development of Vertical Data Tokenization Implementation

Leveraging the company's full-chain tokenization technology solutions and the TokenOS operating system as a foundational platform, combined with the BIBDE's core competencies in high-quality datasets, data compliance registration, trusted circulation, and asset operation, the partnership aims to achieve compliant encapsulation, trusted measurement, and asset revitalization of private enterprise data. This will enhance the pathway for compliant circulation and value realization of data elements, supporting the tokenization and market-oriented application of data in sectors such as healthcare, finance, and education.

2. Data Circulation and Industrial Empowerment for Embodied Intelligent Robots

The collaboration will fully utilize the company's advantages in collecting and accumulating multi-dimensional data, including customer behavior, market dynamics, and software-hardware interactions. Together with the BIBDE, the focus will be on collaborative efforts concerning data from humanoid industrial robots, special-purpose operational robots, and core component data. The goal is to jointly build a foundational data service capability characterized by high quality, large scale, and compliant circulation.

3. Co-construction of a Digital Assetization Service System

Building on the group's extensive experience and intelligent analytics capabilities in the financial data services sector, and integrating the BIBDE's professional expertise in full-process asset compliance, product design, and assetization operations, the two parties will establish an intelligent digital assetization service system for financial institutions. This initiative will involve developing innovative digital financial products to help real-economy enterprises improve the efficiency of their financial resource allocation.

4. Digitalization and Vertical Data Ecosystem Co-construction for the Biopharmaceutical Industry

The partners will work across the entire pharmaceutical R&D, clinical trial, and manufacturing processes to establish a standardized industry database. This will involve connecting with overseas pharmaceutical patent and R&D/production public data, and conducting specialized work on data governance and labeling compliance. Furthermore, by refining specialized AI models using vertical industry data and consolidating industry computing resources, the aim is to create a standardized token service system for the biopharmaceutical sector. This joint effort will advance industry data circulation and cross-border data applications, empowering the digital transformation and upgrade of the pharmaceutical industry.
