HANG LUNG GROUP (00010) and HANG LUNG PPT (00101) have jointly announced that Mr. Cai Deshen will be appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Designate of the Group, effective from September 7, 2026.

Mr. Cai is scheduled to succeed Mr. Lu Weibo as the Group's Chief Executive Officer starting from October 1, 2026.
