HENGTOU SEC (01476) has announced that on October 9, 2025, the Director of the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a Certificate of Registration for Non-Hong Kong Companies reflecting the change of its Chinese company name from “恒泰证券股份有限公司” and “恒投证券” to “金融街证券股份有限公司”. Correspondingly, the English name will change from “HENGTAI SECURITIES CO., LTD.” and “HENGTOU SECURITIES” to “Financial Street Securities Co., Limited”.

Starting from 9:00 AM on October 28, 2025, the company’s Chinese stock trading abbreviation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from “恒投证券” to “金融街证券”, and the English abbreviation will change from “HENGTOU SEC” to “FIN STREET SEC”. The H-shares stock code will remain unchanged at “01476”.
