On September 26, at the cultural square of Meizhuang Village, Niujiaqiao Township, Longyao County, songs rang out and dancers moved gracefully as the 11th Meizhuang Apple Culture Festival took place as scheduled. "This event uses fruit as a medium, the festival as a platform, and culture to revitalize the village. It is a harvest celebration that integrates artistic performances, fruit exhibitions and sales, production-marketing connections, and livestreaming to support farmers," said Wei Guangfeng, Party Secretary of Meizhuang Village, Niujiaqiao Township, Longyao County.

Two performances were arranged at the event site. In the morning, a theatrical performance titled "Celebrating National Day, Praising the Harvest" was held, and in the evening, an intangible cultural heritage opera gala took place. Supermarkets, wholesalers, and group-buying units communicated face-to-face with fruit farmers and signed procurement orders on the spot. Local internet influencers, village officials, and cooperative leaders took turns hosting livestreams, expanding sales channels through both online and offline efforts.

It is understood that the Meizhuang Apple Culture Festival has been held for eleven consecutive years. The event adheres to empowering through culture and tourism, deeply explores agricultural folk resources, and creates rural short-distance micro-tourism check-in spots. Through offline banners and display boards, online multi-platform matrix promotion, and collaboration with local self-media and store-exploring influencers for traffic, the event comprehensively polishes the regional brand of "Meizhuang Apple." It is reported that on the day of the event, a total of 12,000 tons of Guohong apples were sold, generating revenue of more than 55.2 million yuan. "The festival builds the stage, and the industry performs. This apple culture festival is not only a concentrated display of Meizhuang Village's apple industry achievements but also a vivid microcosm of harmonious and beautiful rural construction.
