The two parties will conduct deep collaboration in urban comprehensive transportation, jointly creating China's first urban "low-altitude + private car" multi-modal transportation service.
This collaboration targets a new "ground-air intermodal" service model, achieving multiple industry firsts: the first integration of ground and low-altitude transportation scenarios, the first establishment of "ground-air one-click intermodal" service standards and operational specifications, and the first construction of AI intelligent systems covering both ground and low-altitude route planning.
At the signing ceremony, both parties demonstrated future transportation scenarios to the public: users only need to input pickup and destination points in the CAOCAO app, and the system will automatically plan the optimal "sky-ground-air integrated" route using AI algorithms. Users first take a Robotaxi to reach the transfer hub, then seamlessly board low-altitude aircraft to quickly arrive at their destination, achieving truly convenient and efficient travel through "one platform," "one order," and "one journey."
Additionally, the parties will subsequently collaborate with more ecosystem partners to build urban three-dimensional transportation hubs at key city nodes, integrating takeoff/landing, energy replenishment, and transfer functions to provide users with efficient, seamless ground-air transfer experiences, jointly constructing an intelligent "sky-ground-air integrated" mobility technology ecosystem.
