China Financial Leasing Group Limited (stock code: 02312) disclosed a next day return confirming an increase in its issued ordinary shares. According to the announcement, 69,379,496 new shares were issued on 22 October 2025 under a general mandate pursuant to a subscription agreement dated 5 October 2025. The issue price for these shares was HKD 1.25.

The announcement shows that the new shares represent 20% of the company’s previously issued ordinary shares. Following this transaction, the issued share capital rose from 346,897,482 shares to 416,276,978 shares as of 22 October 2025.
