BJ DIGITAL (06188) has issued an announcement stating that the second ordinary resolution was formally approved by shareholders at its extraordinary general meeting.

Pursuant to the company's articles of association, Ms. Xu Liping and Mr. Liu Liang have been appointed as executive directors of the sixth board of directors. Additionally, Ms. Pan Anran, Mr. Liu Jinyi, and Mr. Liu Songshan have been appointed as non-executive directors, while Mr. Lv Tingjie, Mr. Cai Zhenhui, and Mr. Liu Zhiyong have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the sixth board.

During the company's workers' assembly held on August 5, 2026, Ms. Chen Yuan was elected as the employee representative director and executive director of the sixth board. Ms. Chen Yuan will form the sixth board of directors together with the directors appointed at the extraordinary general meeting, and her term will align with the term of the sixth board.

At the board meeting convened immediately following the extraordinary general meeting, it was resolved to appoint Ms. Xu Liping as chairwoman of the sixth board, effective from August 31, 2026, with her term concluding at the end of the sixth board's term. The same board meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Liang as president of the company and Ms. Chen Yuan as executive president, both effective from August 31, 2026.
