Tian Yuan Group Holdings Limited (6119.HK) has announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Chun Ming Pang as a joint company secretary, effective November 1, 2025. The existing company secretary, Mr. Hung Chung Wah, will continue to serve as one of the joint company secretaries.

Mr. Pang has over 25 years of experience in compliance, accounting, and finance. He is a certified public accountant with the California Board of Accountancy in the United States and a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. His previous roles include serving as chief financial officer and company secretary of several private and listed companies since April 2011, notably as chief financial officer and joint company secretary of Pa Shun Pharmaceutical International Holdings Limited (currently known as Pa Shun International Holdings Limited) from January 2015 to July 2018.

Mr. Pang earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California.
