Due to a work reassignment, Mr. Ban Zefeng has submitted his resignation from the positions of Vice President, Board Secretary, and Co-Company Secretary of the company, effective February 9, 2026. Following Mr. Ban's resignation, Mr. Wang Xueqing has been appointed as the company's Board Secretary and Co-Company Secretary. Ms. Lin Wanling will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary of the company. Mr. Wang's appointment as Co-Company Secretary will take effect on February 9, 2026. His appointment as Board Secretary will become effective only after he completes the pre-appointment training for board secretaries of mainboard listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, obtains the "Board Secretary Training Certificate," and completes the qualification filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Prior to the effectiveness of his role as Board Secretary, Mr. Tan Jianxin, an Executive Director and the President of the company, will act as the interim Board Secretary.
