The company’s issued share count was steady at 2.18 billion shares, with no treasury shares on record and no new share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during the month.

Public‐float compliance was affirmed, confirming that at least 25% of the issued share class remained in public hands, in line with Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Under the 2017 shareholder‐approved share option scheme, no options were outstanding or exercised in April; however, the scheme still allows for up to 189.00 million shares to be issued upon future grants and exercises.
