Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited has released its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Sustainable Development Report. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.sinooceangroup.com) under “Investor Relations / Announcements” as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed materials will receive hard copies in their chosen language. Those who elected, or are deemed to have elected, electronic dissemination can download the documents online. Any shareholder experiencing difficulties in accessing the digital files may request printed copies, free of charge, by writing to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing sinooceangroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such requests do not alter existing communication preferences.

Shareholders may change their preferred language or delivery method for all future corporate communications at any time by submitting written or email instructions to the registrar. Printed-copy requests remain valid for up to one year unless earlier revoked.

To expedite future dissemination, the board encourages shareholders to provide an email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by completing and returning the form to the registrar. For domestic mailings, no postage stamp is required when using the pre-printed label.

The 2025 Sustainable Development Report is available exclusively online. Shareholders who prefer a physical copy may request one through the registrar via mail or email.
