TradeGo Fintech repurchases 200,000 shares; treasury stock climbs to 36.41 million

TradeGo Fintech Limited disclosed that it repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on 3 August 2026 via on-market transactions at HKD 1.30 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.26 million.

The buy-back was executed under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorised the company to repurchase up to 200,000 shares; the latest transaction exhausts that limit, representing 100% utilisation. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares, with none cancelled.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.03% from 713.79 million to 713.59 million. Treasury shares increased from 36.21 million to 36.41 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 750.00 million.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, TradeGo Fintech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 September 2026.
