Golik Holdings (1118) has released details of its Board composition and committees as of 14 November 2025. The Board comprises four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. Executive directors include Chairman Pang Tak Chung MH, Vice Chairman Ho Wai Yu Sammy, Chief Executive Officer Pang Wan Ping, and Pang Chi To.
