HOLLWIN URBAN has announced the finalization of its acquisition deal, which includes the purchase of the entire equity stake in Hunan Liwei Zhongtian Technology Development Co., Ltd. along with subsequent share purchase arrangements.

All stipulated conditions for the transaction have now been satisfied or formally waived.

The completion of the acquisition was officially executed on July 2, 2026.

Following this completion, the acquired company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of HOLLWIN URBAN. Consequently, its financial results will be fully consolidated into the parent company's financial statements.
