Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (TENFU) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 30 April 2026 detailing recent share capital movements.
TENFU’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding as at 30 April 2026.
On 30 April 2026 the company repurchased 3,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$2.86 and HK$2.87 per share, for a total consideration of HK$8,600. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Repurchases pending cancellation now total 132,000 shares, equivalent to roughly 0.012% of TENFU’s issued share base. Since the commencement of the current buy-back programme on 29 December 2025, purchase prices have ranged from HK$2.50 to HK$2.95 per share.
Under the repurchase mandate granted on 9 May 2025, TENFU is authorised to buy back up to 108.38 million shares. To date, 760,000 shares—about 0.07% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date—have been repurchased, utilising less than 1% of the approved limit.
Consistent with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, TENFU is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 30 May 2026.
