China Tontine Wines Group Limited has announced that the bilingual Circular for its 2025 Annual General Meeting is now accessible on the company’s website under the “Investor Relations” and “News & Media” sections.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies may submit the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, using the pre-paid mailing label. Upon receipt, printed versions will be dispatched free of charge, and the preference will apply to all future corporate communications.
