Zijin Gold declares final cash dividend for Singapore depositary receipts

Zijin Gold International Co. Ltd. announced a final cash dividend on its Hong Kong SDR programme.

Holders of the Zijin Gold HK SDR 10-to-1 will receive a gross dividend of 0.15000 Hong Kong dollars per SDR, less a corporate action fee of 0.00150 Hong Kong dollars, resulting in a net distribution of 0.14850 Hong Kong dollars. After conversion at an exchange rate of 6.15073 Hong Kong dollars per Singapore dollar, the final net dividend payable is 0.02414 Singapore dollars per SDR.

The SDRs will trade ex-dividend on Jun, 03 2026, with a record date of Jun, 04 2026. The issuer has set a book-closure period from May, 29 2026 to Jun, 04 2026, and payment is scheduled for Jul, 02 2026.
