Guangdong Yueyun Transportation Company Limited (Stock Code: 03399) has scheduled its 2025 third extraordinary general meeting for 18 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m., to be held at 24/F, Yueyun Building, No. 3 Zhongshan Second Road, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Two ordinary resolutions are on the agenda.
