Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed that on 14 July 2026 it bought back 876,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 0.68 and HKD 0.69. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 0.6867, bringing total consideration to approximately HKD 0.60 million.

Following the transaction, Nayuki’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.05% to 1.69 billion shares, while treasury shares increased from 16.73 million to 17.60 million. Treasury shares now account for about 1.03% of the company’s 1.71 billion total issued shares.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 24 June 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 169.84 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Nayuki has repurchased 8.45 million shares under this mandate—equivalent to 0.50% of the issued shares outstanding at the mandate date—leaving a remaining capacity of roughly 161.39 million shares.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 August 2026.
