Top Glove Corporation Bhd has disclosed that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) disposed 1,334,900 ordinary shares on Jul, 24 2026 via open-market transactions executed by its fund manager.

Following the sale, the Malaysian pension fund’s indirect interest fell to 91,927,600 shares, representing 1.147% of Top Glove’s issued capital. Its direct stake remains unchanged at 442,703,250 shares, or 5.521%. Altogether, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan now holds 534,630,850 shares in the glove maker.
