Given that all conditions regarding the proposed special dividend distribution have now been fulfilled, the company expects to distribute the special dividend in cash on or around Friday, October 31, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear on the company's register of members at the close of business on the record date of Friday, October 17, 2025.
