Inkeverse Group Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 July 2026, confirming the completion of a share subscription conducted under its general mandate.

The transaction involved the allotment and issuance of 195.00 million new ordinary shares at HKD 0.85 each. The new shares represent 9.16 % of the company’s pre-transaction issued share capital of 2.13 billion shares.

Following the placement, Inkeverse’s total issued share capital (excluding any treasury shares) increased to 2.32 billion shares, up from 2.13 billion shares prior to the subscription.

The company confirmed that all funds due from the share issue have been received and that the transaction complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
