Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology Co., Ltd. (Shougang LanzaTech) has adopted a new, primarily electronic approach for delivering all future corporate communications to shareholders, effective 31 August 2026.
Under amended Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association, Shougang LanzaTech will distribute “Actionable Corporate Communications” (e.g., dividend election forms, rights-issue documents, takeover or buy-back acceptances) to shareholders by email. If no functional email is on record, the company will mail printed copies alongside a request form to collect a valid email address for future use.
Routine corporate communications—such as annual, interim and quarterly reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.bjsglt.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). No hard-copy notifications of online publication will be sent. Shareholders may monitor postings directly or subscribe to HKEX’s free News Alert service for automatic updates.
To facilitate electronic dissemination, shareholders are encouraged to submit their email addresses via an online form accessible through a QR code provided in the notice (valid until 31 October 2026) or by emailing 2553-ecom@vistra.com. Written notification to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong H-share registrar, is also accepted. The company will deem delivery effective if no “non-delivery” message is received.
Printed versions of any corporate or actionable communications remain available upon request. Shareholders can obtain them free of charge by writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited or emailing the above address. Such requests remain valid until the end of the company’s next financial year unless earlier revoked or superseded.
Contact details and further information on the new dissemination procedures are provided in the Investor Relations section of Shougang LanzaTech’s website.
