On June 3, Shougang LanzaTech surged 99.32% in regular trading, reaching HK$27.42 per share with trading volume of HK$423 million, on its first day of listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an offer price of HK$14.60 per share.

The public offering tranche received approximately 109,100 valid applications, achieving 1,421.54x oversubscription with a one-lot allocation rate of only 2%. Notably, international placement was only 0.95x subscribed, resulting in reallocation to bring the public offering portion to 15% of total shares.

Shougang LanzaTech, founded in 2011, is the first company in the CCUS industry to achieve commercialization and scale-up of low-carbon product production using verified synthetic biology technology.
